Health Problems and Comfort Level
Please kindly notify a spa coordinator before booking if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our team to provide the best medical spa treatment for you.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel any medical spa treatment we require at least 24 hours notice, for groups larger than two we require 72 hours cancelation notice. Please understand, the confirmation of the time, space and technician is booked for your exclusive needs. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. Full charges may be applied to any missed appointments of those cancelled less than the permissible time in advance, as per policy of the spa.
To receive the full benefit of our services, jewelry must be removed prior to entering the treatment room. It is advised not bring valuables with you, in addition to, leave any items unattended. Elements wellness + medispa will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Timeliness
Kindly note, late arrivals may result in shortened services in order to properly serve all our other guests as scheduled.
Reservation and Appointment
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
All appointment changes and cancellations must be conducted during regular business hours.
Cell Phones and Tablets
In consideration of preserving a peaceful zen environment, Elements wellness + medispa request that guest and clients turn off their cell phones, smart phones and tablets prior to entering the spa.
Dress Code
Dress comfortably and modestly as Elements wellness + medispa is a co-ed spa. Robes and slippers are available.
Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates are available for all denominations or the spa treatments of your choice. Gift certificates are not refundable at any time, and are not to be treated as cash, and are therefore are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
Personal Health Profile and Consultation
Each guest is required to complete a Personal Health Profile and fill out all applicable consultation forms which are used to outline information that will enable your therapist or technician to provide you with the most appropriate and effective service.
Age Restrictions
All are welcome at Elements wellness + medispa, however we request that guests under the age of 16 be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
