Maintaining your youth and aging gracefully involves several processes including eating a healthy and well-balanced diet, engaging in regular physical activities, and reducing stress. Unfortunately, even these mentioned habits can only go so far in regards to your physical appearance. Fortunately, when you need more sufficient intervention and prevention, Toronto’s Elements Spa’s plethora of noninvasive treatments can help! Botox

Once associated as a treatment solely for celebrities, Botox has now become one of the most powerful and popular anti-aging tools amongst men and women of all ages and backgrounds. When Botox is safely utilized by an extremely experienced and successful injector, it not only prevents signs of aging but can reverse them as well! Deep creases and lines are lessened leaving your face looking more content, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Botox can also treat other conditions including hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and chronic migraines.

Fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers work phenomenally on their own to add volume, and more  with Botox as an instrument of anti-aging. While filler can be used to add volume to lips (as it’s more popularly known), it can also be used to fill deep creases and lines while hydrating the face and maintaining a more supple and youthful appearance. Those who are genetically predisposed to having more hallowed tear troughs or cheeks usually relay an appearance of being tired or drained. A small amount of filler (strategically placed by an experienced injector) can rehydrate these areas, allowing a patient to look younger, brighter, and healthier. Filler can also be used to correct many other facial flaws including a recessed chin or general imperfect nose shape.

Chemical Peels

Exfoliation for younger-looking skin is imperative. Chemical peels essentially function by using acids to exfoliate the skin. At Elements Spa, an experienced esthetician and skincare expert will analyze your skin to determine which acid solution is appropriate for your skin type. Acids may derive from milk, sugar cane, and even fruit! The acid is safely applied to the skin for a few minutes, then neutralized. Over the next few days, your skin will begin to exfoliate all dead top layers of skin leaving a fresh, radiant, and smooth layer of skin at the surface.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is another exceptional form of (physical) exfoliation. This process involves gently sucking the skin up to a diamond-coated head which gently exfoliates the dead skin off. Patients find microdermabrasion incredibly relaxing and comfortable as it is a gentle process that yields fantastic results. Microdermabrasion can also help patients with mild to severe skin congestion and blemishes. Patients will notice smooth and supple skin immediately, and over a series of treatments, enjoy the benefits of reduced acne, less sun damage, and improved skin pigmentation.
